These elements include trust, mutual respect, fairness, camaraderie, pride in their work, executive team effectiveness, people-focused programs and innovation, to name a few. Protiviti Director, Jose, had this to say about Sanket:

“From the moment that Sanket joined our firm, he has made a positive impact on our office, our clients, our team, and my career, personally.  He and I have worked almost exclusively together throughout his tenure at the firm and he has remained as steady of a performer as they come.  Further, no matter how many client projects he is juggling or how much responsibility that he has taken on, Sanket can always be depended on to deliver a high quality, on-time result.  One of the things that I’ve specifically enjoyed about working with Sanket is that he always maintains a positive attitude and outlook, no matter the engagement or how many deadlines are piling up.  This, in turn, helps his team and even his management remain optimistic and truly believe that we can accomplish amazing things for our clients together.  I’d like to personally thank Sanket for his tireless, outstanding performance on engagements, the investment that he makes in developing our people, for making a positive impression on our clients, and truly living all of Protiviti’s core values.  I don’t think that I would be where I am in my own career were it not for strong, talented people like Sanket supporting me along the way.  This promotion is extremely well-deserved and I look forward to witnessing the many great things Sanket will achieve in his career at Protiviti.  I’m proud of you, Sanket!”

Congratulations, Sanket! From Intern to Senior Manager, we are glad to have you here at Protiviti.

Robert Half Earns LGBTQ Best Place to Work…AGAIN!

Our parent company, Robert Half, was named for the second year in a row to Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s 2018 Corporate Equality Index “Best Places to Work for LGBTQ Equality” with a perfect score of 100%. This score was earned on the national benchmarking survey and report on corporate polices and practices related to LGBTQ workplace equality. As part of the Robert Half enterprise, Protiviti collaborated with the Robert Half team to achieve this accolade, and we are proud to be among a record 600+ major businesses that also earned the CEI’s top score.

You can read the full announcement from the Human Rights Campaign here.

At Protiviti, as part of our ongoing commitment to our people, we have a number of Employee Network Groups that support our Diversity & Inclusion initiative. The proPRIDE is a national group with ~150 members that began in 2013, whose mission statement includes the below:

  • Increase visibility and awareness of LGBTQ employees at Protiviti
  • Foster a better understanding among Protiviti employees of the unique issues the LGBTQ community faces in the workplace
  • Provide equal employment and advancement opportunity to all, regardless of sexual orientation
  • Enhance recruitment efforts of LGBTQ talent
  • Promote and sustain an inclusive environment wherein every employee is treated with respect and dignity, free from discrimination and prejudice

ProPride Co-Executive Champions, Philip & Steven, had a chance to comment on the award received.

Philip – “At Protiviti we continue to strive to create a diverse and inclusive company culture. We celebrate our differences and aim to depict the full breadth of the human experience, inside the walls of our offices, with our clients, and in our local communities. Embracing the diverse perspectives of our people and clients is what defines our culture and approach to solving business challenges. I’m elated that for the second year in a row Protiviti’s commitment to supporting the LGBTQIA+ community is recognized and honored.”

Steven – “I’m proud to say that among Protiviti’s core values is diversity and inclusivity. Our people make a difference every day in the lives of their colleagues, clients and communities. We expect our people to bring their experiences and backgrounds into the conversation to solve problems, innovate and bring insights into the market and for our clients, all while becoming better professionals themselves. And we recognize that being authentic ourselves, respectful of the diversity of thought and opinion, and truly collaborative is the way we will be successful and impactful.”

Diversity and Inclusion Leader and Executive Vice President, Susan, also chimed in on this honor.

Susan – “This is a remarkable achievement for Protiviti’s global diversity and inclusion initiative. I am thrilled to see the proPride Employee Network Group working in such great collaboration with our parent company. This success reinforces our collective goal of making our organization a great place to work for all.”

We are extremely proud of this honor and to have received a perfect score from the Human Rights Campaign Foundation and look forward to continuing to build a work environment that is a comfortable workplace for all.

Protiviti Named to Glassdoor’s “Best Places to Work”

Glassdoor 2018

As we look forward to closing out another successful year here at Protiviti, we’re so proud to announce that we’ve been named to Glassdoor’s Best Places to Work list for the second time! Winners were determined entirely based on Glassdoor feedback provided by employees over the past year. With an overall company rating of 4.3, Protiviti stands proudly at #47 out of 100 on the Best Places to Work U.S. Large Companies list.

As a recruiter, I often get asked questions about what differentiates Protiviti and makes it a great place to work. With the news of the Glassdoor award, I couldn’t help but to reflect and I came up with my top 5 reasons I think Protiviti is an extraordinary place to grow a career.

Our Culture, Our People – Company culture is huge. It’s one of the top factors in employee retention and a strong determining piece for prospective candidates. At Protiviti, all our employees have a voice in building the best culture. Our people are empowered to be creative, pitch new ideas and get involved – and they are pretty great at doing so.  This, in large part, can be attributed to the fact that they themselves are quite amazing. I’ve been fortunate enough to call many of my co-workers friends, and that is what #LivingProtiviti is all about.

Opportunity to Grow and Be Challenged – As a fairly young company (in the game since 2002), Protiviti is continuing to grow at a rapid pace. Not only are we growing in size, but Protiviti also offers employees a wonderful opportunity to grow and be challenged in their careers. Within both the practice and operations, cross-collaboration allows employees to build out their skill sets and see a diverse array of project work. Protiviti also offers financial assistance with programs like certification reimbursement program, which encourages employees who are looking to advance technical skills in their area of focus.

Accessibility to Leadership – Our leadership teams are very present, both globally and in each local market. Throughout my (almost) four year career at Protiviti, I’ve had the opportunity to meet every Executive Team member on more than one occasion. I don’t know how many people can truly say that about their company! Stating ‘open door policy’ and actually having an open door policy can be two very different things, and Protiviti without a doubt holds true to both statements. Not only is leadership a presence at trainings, events, and office outings, but they also participate in programs such as our Advisor Program. The three-tiered Advisor Program is one that we’re really proud of at Protiviti, ensuring all our employees have advisors at the Peer, Career and Executive levels.

Benefits – Let’s talk benefits and perks! Protiviti offers very competitive benefit packages which includes a 401K matching program, an impressive Choice Time Off (CTO) plan, and an Incentive Compensation Program, among other great benefits. Not only do these programs reward employees but they support a culture that promises to recognize employees and provide a strong work/life balance. The perks don’t stop there, though! Protiviti also matches charitable donations to support the local community, which means our people’s hard work makes double the impact. Other programs in place for recognition include iAchieve and WeAchieve awards, “PROPS” points which can be redeemed for some amazing items through Protiviti’s company store, and holiday parties!

Get Involved, Have a Voice – Last, but certainly not least, Protiviti encourages our people to get involved and to feel empowered. We have initiatives and teams in place to support Diversity and Inclusion in the workplace, such as iGroWW, which stands for the Initiative for Growth and Retention of Women in the Workplace, our Multicultural ENG, and our proPRIDE efforts, among others. Protiviti employees also like to have fun. On any given week, you can find a Protiviti team out on a softball field, playing kickball, or on the basketball court thanks to our sports and social committees. While we may not always win the championship, it’s pretty clear to me that we’re still batting way above average.

At the end of the day, there are a lot of different factors that make a company an amazing place to work, but these are just a few of my favorite reasons. Congratulations to everyone here at Protiviti on receiving this honor as a Best Place to Work from Glassdoor, and thank you for all that you do! We are proud of you, Protiviti!

As you can tell, I’m a proud employee but don’t take it from just me! Visit to read more and provide your meaningful feedback. Each and every review is read by our Protiviti Operations Team, and we bring trends and data analysis gathered through Glassdoor to the attention of leadership on a regular basis.
